- Integrate with Polygon and Multichain APIs to handle transactions and balance updates.

- Update the backend infrastructure to support Polygon and Multichain authentication and interaction.
- Implement mechanisms for managing balances and asset transfers across multiple chains.

### Frontend:
- Enhance the frontend to allow users to select their preferred blockchain network for duels.
- Display balances and asset details for both Polygon and Multichain assets.

### Deliverables:
- Comprehensive documentation outlining the implementation and configuration of Polygon and Multichain support.
- Updated contracts, backend code, and frontend UI components reflecting the integration.
- Unit tests and integration tests to ensure the functionality and stability of the cross-chain interactions.

Right now we use attributes such as #[pause] and #[only] that can only be used at the level function. In some implementations, different `impl` sections are grouped with different access requirements but similar for every function in the same `impl`. For those cases, it makes sense to have current attributes to work at a top level.
